The Benefits of Having a Board Certified Dentist
Board certification is an award given to dentists that have met higher standards of training and examination. To become board certified, a dentist needs to complete a series of written, clinical, and oral examinations that require training beyond dental schooling, attained via residencies and other post-doctoral dental graduate programs. In becoming board certified, a dentist has shown and proven themselves to be a reliable, fully-committed dental professional that can provide the best possible care for their patients through dedication to their continued education.
